In the last six months we were told by 2-3 different people not to visit Johannesburg. You’ll get robbed, stabbed, stripped of all your things the second you step off the plane. Well, we went, we stayed, we even did a walking tour in what is said to be the “bad” part of town… and nothing happened to us.

And keeping up with my habitual “2 weeks behind in processing pictures”, the next weeks batch will include pictures from South Africa. Where we currently are, and are trying to source out transportation to explore as much of Africa as we can. Unless we win the lottery it’s probably the last continent in our sabbatical.
