A family tradition to make paella for christmas gathering. This pan is about 4-5 feet in diameter and this serving will feed about 100 people. There were no leftovers. Some of the ingredients here are, but not limited to:

• Rice
• Tomato paste
• Meats, such as shrimp, pork, beef, rabbit
• Seasoning
• Red and Green Peppers
• Aguardiente (that’s alcohol, courtesy of my uncle)
• Mushrooms
• and other things i cant recall at this momemt
